Start with the person
Have a moment you want to keep? Open the person’s profile and choose Add Memory. Their name is already selected for you. You can also start in Memories when a photo or story belongs to several people.
Choose your memory
Select Photo, Video, or Story. Pick a file from your device, or write your story. For uploads, watch the progress and file details, and keep the page open until it finishes. A slower connection can take a little longer with video.
Give it some context
Add a title, a caption, and the date or location if you know them. Select the people in the memory, and attach it to a gathering when appropriate. Choose who can see it before saving. Those small details help the memory find its place.
Share it with care
Submit the memory after the upload completes. Depending on your family’s settings, it may need approval before everyone sees it. Come back to Memories or the person’s gallery to find it. You have just added another little piece of their story.
