Start with your invitation
If someone has already invited you, start with the link in their email. It brings you to the right family, so you do not need to build a second tree. Check who invited you and which family you are joining.
Sign in or create an account
Use the email address that received the invitation. If you already have an account, choose Log In. Otherwise, choose Create Account. Your password needs at least eight characters and three different character types. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
Find your family
After signing in, follow the invitation to join. Use the family switcher when you belong to more than one family. Your account and your leaf are different things; ask your family admin to link you to your existing leaf if something looks missing.
Get back in
Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password on the sign-in form. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset link. Google and Apple sign-in only work when those buttons are enabled. You can always return here to the help library for a little guidance.
