AT YOUR OWN PACE

Let’s walk through it.

  1. Open the site console

Site administrators have a separate console from family admins. Open Site admin from the account menu and confirm your password to unlock it. The console locks again after thirty minutes. Family admin access alone does not open this area.

  2. Review accounts and families

The Users and Families tabs help you look after accounts and family spaces. Search for the right record before taking any action. Destructive actions have confirmation steps; read them carefully and make sure the requested change is intended.

  3. See site-wide activity

Open Engagement for a view across the site. Choose a date range and select cards to inspect their details. Family engagement remains limited to its own family, while this report is reserved for site administrators.

  4. Check delivery and accountability

Use Email to inspect recorded deliveries and failures, and Audit log to review administrative actions. The console does not grant new superadmins. That access is managed separately on the server. These tools help you care for the service without guessing what happened.
